When I created this Mandala, it began with the dolphin in the center, then the octopus tentacles began to take shape, the flow of energy was intense. As I stood back to look at what was coming through, I could see the trinity knot, the symbol that aligns with the three stages of life, youth, adulthood and then old age.

It continued to expand with the shells around the outside, they store memories and bridge the gap between the physical and spiritual. Then the layer of seahorse’s symbolizing strength power and perseverance. I felt the need to continue the flow of energy by expanding right out with the pattern around the outside that connects everything together, it feels like pathways that lead to junctions, reminding me of our path in life, it can move in different directions, yet it’s all connected.
